← LUNG KILLER トップへ / Back to homeLUNG KILLER（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリが記録する喫煙本数・累計金額・日次履歴・通知設定などのデータは、すべてお使いの端末内（iOS / Android のローカルストレージ）にのみ保存されます。アカウント登録や、解析ツール（アナリティクス）による行動収集は行いません。ただし、ユーザーが任意で「AI肺プレビュー」機能を実行した場合に限り、累計喫煙本数から算出した重症度の段階（0〜4の整数）のみがサーバーへ送信されます（詳細は第2項）。喫煙本数の生データ・写真・氏名等の個人情報が送信されることはありません。
喫煙記録（本数・金額・日次履歴・通知設定）は端末内にのみ保存され、端末外に出ません。アプリのアンインストール、または設定画面の「データをリセット」により、記録は端末から削除されます。
AI肺プレビュー機能（任意）：ユーザーがこの機能のボタンを押したときに限り、累計喫煙本数から算出した重症度の段階（0〜4の整数）を Fuji Bit Inc. のサーバー（Google Firebase Cloud Functions）へ送信します。サーバーはその段階に応じた肺のイメージ図を画像生成サービス Replicate（Replicate, Inc.）で生成し、生成画像のURLを返します。送信されるのは整数の段階のみで、喫煙本数そのもの・写真・氏名・連絡先等は一切送信しません。不正利用防止のため Firebase App Check による端末の正当性検証（端末識別子・IPアドレス等の処理を含む）が行われます。生成された画像は当社サーバーに保存しません。
本アプリは、画面下部に Google AdMob のバナー広告を表示します。広告配信のために、AdMob（Google LLC）が以下の情報を収集・利用することがあります。
本アプリは 非パーソナライズ広告（Non-Personalized Ads / NPA）モードのみ を使用します。ユーザーの行動を横断的に追跡（トラッキング）する目的では広告IDを使用せず、iOS の App Tracking Transparency（ATT）許可ダイアログも表示しません。AdMob によるデータの取り扱いについては、Google のプライバシーポリシー（policies.google.com/privacy）をご確認ください。
現行バージョンでは、カメラおよび写真ライブラリへのアクセスは行いません。将来追加予定の任意機能においてのみ使用する場合があり、その際はユーザーが当該機能を起動したときに限り許可を求めます。仕様が確定し提供を開始する前に、本ポリシーを更新します。
喫煙記録は端末内にのみ保存されます。削除をご希望の場合は、アプリの設定画面から「データをリセット」を実行するか、アプリをアンインストールしてください。OS のバックアップ機能を有効にしている場合、端末のバックアップにローカルデータが含まれることがあります。
本アプリは、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの情報を第三者へ提供しません。
いずれの場合も、喫煙本数の生データや氏名等の個人を特定する情報は送信しません。各社のデータの取り扱いは、Google（policies.google.com/privacy）および Replicate（replicate.com/privacy）のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
本ポリシーは、機能追加や法令の変更に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページおよびアプリの掲載情報を更新します。

LUNG KILLER ("the app", provided by Fuji Bit Inc.) respects your privacy. The data the app records — cigarette counts, lifetime spend, daily history, and notification settings — is stored only in local storage on your device (iOS / Android). There is no account creation and no behavioural analytics. The one exception: if you choose to use the optional "AI lung preview" feature, only a severity tier (an integer 0–4) derived from your lifetime cigarette count is sent to the server (see section 2). Your raw counts, photos, name, or other personal information are never sent.
Your smoking records (counts, spend, daily history, notification settings) are stored only on your device and never leave it. Uninstalling the app, or tapping "Reset data" in Settings, removes them from your device.
AI lung preview (optional): Only when you tap this feature's button, the app sends a severity tier (an integer 0–4, computed from your lifetime cigarette count) to Fuji Bit Inc.'s server (Google Firebase Cloud Functions). The server generates an illustrative image of lungs for that tier using the Replicate (Replicate, Inc.) image-generation service and returns the image URL. Only the integer tier is sent — never the raw counts, photos, name, or contact details. To prevent abuse, Firebase App Check verifies the device's authenticity (which involves processing a device identifier and IP address). Generated images are not stored on our servers.
The app shows a Google AdMob banner at the bottom of the screen. For ad delivery, AdMob (Google LLC) may collect and use:
The app uses non-personalized ads (NPA) only. The advertising ID is not used to track you across apps or sites, and the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt is not shown. For how AdMob handles data, see Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
The current version does not access the camera or photo library. They may be used only by an optional future feature, and only when you open that feature, with permission requested at that time. This policy will be updated before any such feature ships.
Smoking records are stored only on your device. To delete them, use "Reset data" in the app's Settings, or uninstall the app. If you have enabled OS-level backups, your device backup may include this local data.
The app does not share your information with any third party except in the following cases:

This policy may be revised as features or laws change. For material changes we will update this page and the app's store information.
